Karina helped me navigate the transition from one kid to two, which I found to be incredibly challenging. I was contending with managing the transition of parenting young kids to adolescent teens and how to find the balance between extending independence to my 12 year old daughter while also maintaining my values as a parent. It was helpful talking out the issues that were on my mind and I left sessions feeling more confident and capable in my parenting decisions. Karina is an incredible listener and I was impressed that Karina was able to recall and retain even the tiny (yet, significant) details of narratives that I had shared in our sessions. The most significant change that I felt after the coaching was feeling a renewed sense of confidence in parenting.
