Who We Are

Karina and Caroline

We are Certified Parent Coaches with Masters Degrees from Columbia University and years of experience working with families and raising our own children. We’ve come together to be a part of your village. We don’t provide one-size-fits-all solutions, we help you to find your own way, moving you closer to being the parent that you aspire to be.

What We Do

Through personalized coaching, practical tools, and evidence-based strategies, we support you in strengthening secure parent–child relationships at any age. Whether you’re managing big behaviors in young children, navigating power struggles or emotional distance with teens, or redefining boundaries and communication with adult children, we help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and how to respond in ways that foster trust, respect, and growth.

What We Offer

One-on-one or Couple Parent Coaching

A space for one parent or partners together to explore your goals and develop a practical plan for moving forward. We tailor sessions to your family’s dynamics so you can leave with strategies that feel realistic and aligned with your values.

Workshops

A chance to learn something new about common parenting concerns and gain practical tools and strategies that you can implement right away. Our signature workshops are conversational and interactive and they promise to be energizing and engaging.

Group Coaching / Coffee

Group coaching is an approach that offers parents with similar age children the opportunity to connect with other parents navigating challenges. The format is similar to one-on-one coaching with the main difference being a group dynamic and a cost effective option.

Meet Our Couches

  • Karina Lubowitz, MS, SLP, Parent Coach & Educator

As a parent coach and educator, my mission is to empower parents with knowledge and practical tools that make parenting feel more manageable and meaningful at every stage. I hold deep respect for parents navigating today’s complex world. I truly believe parents are doing the best they can—and at the same time, many want support in becoming the parents they hope to be.

At the heart of my work is the belief that strong connection and secure attachment are the foundation of healthy growth and development, no matter a child’s age. It is never too late to strengthen these bonds or to shift the dynamic within a family in a more peaceful, connected direction.

My career began as a speech-language pathologist working with children with language and learning challenges. That work taught me the critical importance of understanding child development and prioritizing relationships. Collaborating closely with caregivers reinforced my belief in the power of connection, parental engagement, and informed support.

Becoming a parent myself revealed just how complex and emotionally demanding parenting can be. Attending a parent workshop was a turning point, offering both practical tools and the comfort of being in community with other parents. I went on to pursue additional training while continuing to learn alongside other parents. In addition to being a PCI Certified Parent Coach and Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I have spent over two decades raising three children with my husband—an experience that continues to be my greatest source of learning. I feel deeply honored to support parents and to witness the meaningful, lasting changes that occur when they feel seen, supported, and empowered.

  • Caroline Rosen, MA, M.ED, Psychological Counseling, Parent Coach

As a parent coach, I help parents shift perspective and see both themselves and their child through a new lens. This change in mindset often opens the door to greater understanding, respect, and cooperation, creating a more collaborative and calmer family environment.

I began my career working one-on-one with children in NYC schools. That experience led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling so I could support not only students’ learning needs, but also their emotional challenges. Meeting with the parents of struggling children sensitized me—well before I was a parent myself—to the responsibility, worry, and helplessness they often felt, along with their deep wish for clarity and guidance. These years gave me both a strong academic foundation in child development and meaningful real-world experience applying it.

After becoming a parent, and later serving as Head of the PTA at my daughter’s school, I became even more aware of the growing pressures families face. I continued expanding my training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, led parent groups through Parents in Action, worked in classrooms as a substitute teacher, and most recently became a PCI Certified Parent Coach.

Raising my two now-adult children has been the most humbling and rewarding experience of my life. I bring both my professional training and lived parenting experience to my work, helping families reconnect with confidence and rediscover the joy that parenting can bring.
